We maintain a robust pin-code checker on our platform to help users determine delivery eligibility in their area. For high-volume or site-based orders, we also offer custom delivery solutions with pre-dispatch coordination. This includes coordination with site engineers, gate pass formalities, and advance vehicle entry registration, wherever required. Our goal is to bridge the supply chain gap in India's construction sector by bringing essential materials to your doorstep.

Shipping Days

Our standard shipping days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Shipping timelines vary depending on the nature of the material (cement, steel, plumbing goods, etc.) and the location of the customer. Orders placed before 4 PM are typically processed on the same day. For metro and Tier 1 cities, deliveries usually occur within 2–4 business days. Remote areas may take 5–7 business days or more, depending on logistical connectivity.

GoMaterial also provides an Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) during checkout. We work diligently to adhere to the EDD while accommodating buffer times for weather-related or infrastructure-related delays. Our goal is to maintain a 95% on-time delivery success rate. For customers managing construction timelines, we recommend scheduling purchases slightly in advance.

Order Processing Time

Once an order is placed, our system immediately verifies payment confirmation and stock availability. Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. This includes quality inspection, packaging, and dispatch coordination. For large or bulk orders, our team may contact you for confirmation of site details, unloading facilities, and offloading equipment if required.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or needs to be procured from a third-party supplier, customers will be notified immediately via email or phone. In such cases, partial shipment options may be available to avoid unnecessary delays. We also maintain proactive vendor relationships to ensure consistent availability and reduce backorder instances.

Order Tracking

Every GoMaterial shipment comes with a real-time tracking ID. Customers can log in to their dashboard to view the live status of their order – from warehouse dispatch to local transit to final delivery. Tracking links are also sent via SMS and email. For multi-item or bulk shipments, we provide consolidated tracking updates along with expected arrival time slots.

For high-value deliveries or shipments to large construction sites, dedicated support agents may also coordinate delivery with your on-site team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. This helps prevent miscommunication or material misplacement at the time of offloading.

Our warehouses follow strict quality control procedures including material validation, damage checks, and secure packaging to prevent pilferage or transit damage. Fragile items such as pipes, fixtures, tiles, and electrical fittings are shipped with protective layers and clear handling labels.

Invoices and Documentation

Every order placed through GoMaterial is accompanied by a GST compliant invoice generated automatically upon dispatch. Users can download invoices directly from their dashboard. These invoices include product details, tax breakdowns, shipping costs, and HSN codes where applicable.

For institutional buyers or commercial contractors, we also support documentation like e-way bills, challans, GR (Goods Receipt) slips, and vendor registration forms.
